Simon Darcey
Director & Systems Developer
With 28+ years of experience in the I.T and web development realm, including roles in scoping, analysing, designing, developing, and supporting
tailored web-based solutions, Simon's been there, done that, and bought every t-shirt.
Simon's professional journey began when he obtained his BSc in Computer Science and Management Science & Information Systems. His first career role saw him thrown in the deep-end; analysing, consulting and training on a
multi-million dollar international telco network contract (thankfully, he quickly learnt to swim!).
Simon went on to co-found and head-up a former I.T company for more than a decade, racking in deep experience working with corporate clients.
By colleagues and clients, Simon is known for being a solution-oriented and enthusiastic partner with vision - and is deeply committed to achieving our clients' goals.
Francois Plummer

Francois has 21 years of skilled experience in the I.T arena and has worked all over the world, in small to large organizations - both in
the private and public sectors.
With roles including change leader, project manager, account executive, sales manager and general manager, Francois covers many business facets and adds a welcomed breadth of experience to CyberOn's team.
Francois is highly people-focussed at his core, so his ultimate modus operandi is to see technology add real-world value to the lives of individuals and groups of people, be it business or personal. Any IT solution HAS to

Joseph Whiunui

Joseph was sent to CyberOn from the "ideal team members' heaven"!
When Joseph joined CyberOn in 2018, he quickly took an active role in the enhancement and development of new client system modules. He also saw room for improvement in our development processes, so he applied his skills
to research and implementation of industry-standard practices to enable CyberOn to become more efficient and effective.
Joseph's qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, a BASc (Physical Activity, Health and Wellness), and as a Programming Tutor at the University of Auckland. His calm demeanor,
strong communication skills, logical thinking and problem solving talents superbly unfold on a daily basis in his computer programming and project involvement.
Adam Webster

Bella & Simba
Office Security
With an impressive 156 combined dog years* experience between them, when it comes to security, these guys are a force to be reckoned with!
As a Pomeranian, Simba's smile, cheekiness, intelligence, and alpha-male qualities keep us all in-check. However, Pomeranians have an inherent flaw; a failure to realize they are small, so they will frequently confront much larger dogs (and couriers).
As a Bichon Frise, while Bella may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, her superbly placid and loving nature make up for any shortfalls. Bella's talents consist of being able to tell 2 times with incredible precision; meal time and walk time.
